Glopearl NG offers refund ONLY for damaged or lost goods. However, we would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This can only happen in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.
Before you contact us, please:
Make sure you check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify our Customer Service Team within 24 hours as well as the courier service.
DO NOT sign the receipt. Signing the receipt, shows that you received the goods in good condition.
You will be contacted by our team, and we’ll give you details of your refund. Please note that REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THESE STEPS ARE FOLLOWED.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement or refund.
After 3 days, our Return Policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered.
